The best guard in professional basketball, Kim Sun-hyung, and the best center, Oh Se-geun, have joined forces at Seoul SK.
They are determined to rewrite the myth of the 52-game winning streak they created together in college.
Choi Hyung-kyu is the reporter.
After collaborating on Chung-Ang University’s 52-game winning streak, Oh Se-geun and Kim Sun-hyung parted ways in the 2011 rookie draft, wearing the jerseys of KGC and SK, respectively.
Twelve years later, the ‘invincible duo’ reunited when Oh came to SK.
Kim welcomed him with open arms, saying that his prayers had been answered, and he cited Kim as one of the reasons he chose SK.

- “I also wanted to challenge myself, and Sun Hyung-yi was a big part (of the reason for the transfer)….”
While Choi Joon-yong, who left for KCC, might have been offended by the “SK is for old people” comment, Kim Sun-hyung responded by saying, “We have the MVP of the regular season and the MVP of the playoffs.

- “We have both a season MVP (regular season) and a finals MVP (playoffs), so I think the answer is that the Seniors have both MVPs.”
After battling in the championship game for two years in a row and sharing the championship and MVP trophies, the two vowed to replicate their collegiate performances and win a championship ring together.
