The Korea Volleyball Association (KVA) has announced the roster of the 2023 Korean Men’s National Team, which will compete at the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games and other international competitions.
A total of 17 players were selected for the men’s national team. The team has been training at the Jincheon Athletes’ Village in Chungcheongbuk-do since March 1. Setters Hwang Taek-ui (Armed Forces Athletic Corps) and Kim Myung-kwan (Hyundai Capital) were named to the squad. The liberos are Park Kyung-min (Hyundai Capital) and Oh Jae-sung (Woori Card).
Na Kyung-bok, Hwang Kyung-min (KB Insurance), Jeong Ji-seok, Jeong Jung-yong (Korean Air), Lim Sung-jin (KEPCO), and Kim Ji-han (Woori Card) were selected as outside hitters. Heo Soo-bong (Hyundai Capital) and Lim Dong-hyuk (Korean Air) were selected as outside spikers. Kim Kyu-min and Kim Min-jae (Korean Air), Park Joon-hyuk and Lee Sang-hyun (Woori Card), and Kim Jun-woo (Samsung Fire) were selected as middle blockers.
