FC Anyang is pleased to announce the signing of Brazilian forward Bruno Paraiba.
Bruno started his career with CSP in Brazil in 2014 and has since played for São Paulo Crystal, Nacional PB, Barbalha, Oeste, and Confiensa in the Brazilian Serie B. He has also played for Barça, Oeste, and Confiensa. In 2022, the frontline striker will join Banfore Kofu of Japan’s J2 League to gain experience in Asia.
Bruno has a robust physique at 1.90 meters and 83 kilograms. Despite his size, Bruno’s speed and dribbling are his strengths, and he is expected to be the new frontline solution for Anyang. It will be interesting to see if he can fill the void left by Jonatan Moya (Costa Rica), who was released by Anyang in April for “drunk driving.
On joining Anyang, Bruno said, “I am honored to join Anyang. I will do my best to contribute to Anyang’s goal of promotion to the first division,” he said.
Meanwhile, Anyang will host Gyeongnam FC on Sunday, July 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the 19th round of the 2023 Hana One Q K League 2 at Anyang Sports Complex.
